Grown by the legendary Cooperativa Agricola de Servicios Norandino — a cooperative of farmers who take their craft very, very seriously so you don’t have to.

• Altitude: 1,100–1,700 M
• Soil Type: Clay Minerals (turns out great soil = great coffee. Science!)
• Process: Fully washed and sun-dried. Slow, intentional, and worth every second.
