Hojicha is a roasted green tea powder made from carefully selected leaves and stems, stone-milled into a fine powder that brews into something warm, toasty, and genuinely comforting. Think toasted cereal, balanced umami, and a smooth finish that makes you want to sit down and stay awhile.
Lower caffeine than regular matcha, higher cozy factor than almost anything else. The introverted tea for people who prefer depth over drama.
